Hang in there, Donna.  I had a job that rqd attendance regardless of the 
weather or what as the union was under contract.  I was mgmt but dealt with the 
union.  But WARNING - available time is still not adequate.
PS Almost 12 yrs ago and I still remember a bit about the old job.
