Exactly Kitty.... everything was flooded since as the time frame went...
cold- hot- wet- frozen. When we had the thunderstorms (yes, in January) the
water had a hard time with the somewhat frozen ground, so puddles everywhere
again, then everything froze in like a 12 hour span. Now under the snow is
all ice... anyone want to go ice skating?
Not really going to know what effect this has till spring. But with the
rollercoaster of weather here, nope, have not added any extra mulching of
any kind.
