It hasn't moved since. In fact, I think they sort of like it.  It's like the

bumper footbar you might see around a liquor bar where you would place your

feet if you hopped up on a stool.  They step up to the waterbowl with their

feet on the rubber tire.  No spills all week!



This doesn't mean I win every battle.  Seamus still starts whining at 6am

because Slugger is positioned to attack him as he comes out of the

litterbox.  There's nothing I can do to shut him up.  When Spring comes,

Seamus will be outside every night - he prefers it.
