Wow, Sheri, impressive list.
Here's some additional names:

Spiral ginger is either Costus afer or Costus malortieanus
Butterfly ginger is Hedychium coronarium
Costus pictus is Painted Spiral Ginger or Spotted Spiral Ginger
Costus barbatus is Red Tower Ginger and also known as Spiral Ginger
Curcuma alismatifolia = Siam Tulip and Lotus Ginger
Alpinia caerulea is called Native Ginger (yeah, but where?) or Blue-fruited
Ginger
Bamboo Ginger is Costus stenophyllus
Curcuma cordata = Jewel of Thailand, Pastel Hidden Ginger
