Re: Happy...

Afraid that required a modification of the recipe. My banana plants  
are not robust enough that I could strip their leaves, and have never  
seen banana leaves in our local supermarket, so I had to make do with  
foil. I'm sure that means the result will lack some nuances, but such  
is life. (Does smell good... about 2 more hours of cooking to go!
