Would like to help--or at least try to help--Auralie, but I haven't subscribed to NG since whenever it was in the 60s-70s that they had a big take-out on Vietnam that didn't mention the war.

The hummers are fascinating, but so are the blossoms they are shown with, but none of the plants are identified. Since most hummers are tropical or South American, the plant material must be, also.
