Hello Tricia,
My wife is on the committee that sets up all the monthly activities for the year. We just had our first meeting at a garden center where there was a talk and discussion on pesticides and herbicides, IPM. We will be combining with another garden club for couple of meetings. I know we have a meeting coming up at a botanical garden that is a little bit of a drive and costs admission for the director will be giving a talk as well as tour. Several private gardens are set up for visits during warm weather. I will be very busy in the month of February giving slide presentations and lectures to MG advance training symposiums over the state of Indiana. 
   Nothing earth shattering, but we do get a turn out for meetings.

I have been trying to think on my own of ideas for great classes for our master gardeners this year.... then it came to me that I should write gardenchat. With all the experience here I know you all would come up with great ideas for classes. Any ideas you have would be appreciated. I only have to bring ideas to the meeting then we have to work together on how to make it happen. Some of the members are long time gardeners that have been MG's for years then we also have the newest class that most of them haven't been gardening long, so it is hard to find something that everyone learns something from.
