Hi Theresa,  Best is a really big word.  Ball bearing full suspension slides
would be the best, last the longest, operate easier and quieter, also the
most expensive, and more expensive the heavier load you'll put on them.  How
long dp you want the tool box to last.  I'm getting to the age that instead
of building something to last for 50 years, 15 or 20 will probably do.LOL

does anyone know which type of drawer slides are better in a tool
chest?  Ball bearing, friction, or quiet glide??
