RE: Amazon lily

I hear ya....I seriously (realllllll serious) thought about bringing it
to work so I could enjoy the blooms more. I spend more waking hours at
work than I do at home. But it's HUGE. I've had this amaryllis for 7
years and it's in a BIG heavy pot and now has three very large bulbs in
there. It blooms in July when I have it outside, then I let it dry out
and bring it in in the fall, and it blooms again.

I should have bought some amaryllis. Oh well I'd have had to keep it in
the greenhouse or the kittens would eat it. Not much fun there although
I suppose once it got close to blooming I could bring it here to work.
