Arborvitae are very inexpensive, easy to acquire shrubs here in NY. We can
find 4' - 5' specimens in most nurseries. Have you asked your local nursery
if they will carry them? Lowes and HD always have large specimens as well.
Landscapers overuse them as privacy screens in my opinion, but they do grow
quickly.
