Thanks everyone-I'm about to take a nap. Didn't need a pain pill til just a
while ago today. Tricia, hope your son's surgery goes well and Bonnie, glad
to hear you're OK!

Just take it easy & slow. Each day gets better. I had my breast surgery
yesterday. 100% easier than the rotator cuff. Only had to take one pain
pill last night and can do lots of "light" stuff myself.

It will get better! My sis had this last summer (a month after having an 
emergency apendectomy). The first 2 weeks are the worst and youll feel 
dramatically better after that. Amazing how a shower helps everything!!
