Here in ETN snow is beginning to fall. I hope we don't get the freezing
rain as we have many narrow side roads with hills and sharp hills. Years
ago, I was trying to beat the freeze and stopped about a mile from my
house. I was driving a large Chevy station wagon and it just slid into a
ditch at a stand still.

I totally agree. We are now experiencing freezing rain, which you know is 
the absolute worst! I'm just hoping it all turns back to sleet and/or snow 
before the build-up gets too thick. Right now it's just noticeable on the 
shrubbery. This is just not fun. Sorry you are getting such awful weather. 
I've been watching The Weather Channel, and OK looks horrible. Spring 
really cannot get here fast enough!
