RE: fireworks NOW flooding
Thankfully I am back on line, have electricity, and an a/c unit that is
working great.... not all around me are that lucky. Storms here have
knocked out power since Friday... and Kitty is right.. the humidity is
unbearable.
I feel like I have moved around the country this year.. spring was cool
and wet (PNW), then to Pam blistering heat, now I guess Florida's
weather. And to think this is only in the last month! Somehow my plants
are surviving, although blooming at the wrong times.
I managed to loose a lot of my fish this weekend. So much for knowing
what I am doing :( Loss of power to move the water- limited the
filtration, way too high of temps, and way too many fish. Not to mention
the lightening hole next to the pond where all contributing factors.. I
think anyways. Still working on getting that pond stable.
The back of my yard is officially a swamp now... with all the rain, hail
and dumping 5,000 gallons of pond water... yep, definitely a swamp.
Don't need to fertilize there for the rest of the year....
