Re: book - Black Magic and Purple Passion

Lord, our lows are around 78 - 80 degrees this time of year - LOL. Glad
the high heat has left the upper Midwest - I know Donna was hating it.
Will cruise through the listings again and look for some of the more
likely candidates that would hardiest in the most zones for all
concerned. A bunch of the stuff was tropical (grow under glass - meaning
in a greenhouse I suppose) and I can't be fooling w/ that stuff. Some
cool plants though. Hey, they've got so many of their own books, why
would they want to read ours? I'm sure they think we're all bohemians
anyway.

I wish you had time to read too Kitty. I love to read and do so daily,
even if it's just on the porch during breaks between moving the hose. So
stay tuned for the abbreviated plant list. Probably this evening
sometime or in the am after I spray the neighbor's roses. Did mine this
morning.
