Okay, I do know the names of some of them (I think):

Page 1:
 1) If this is a creeping plant with interesting seed pods, it could be 
Scorpiurus muricatus (Prickly Caterpillar).  There is a further description at 
www.seedsaver.com.

2) The double Impatiens is a variety of I. walleriana.

3) This plant is Scabiosa cucasica (Pin Cushion Plant).

Page 2:
1) I have no idea.

2) Centaurea cynas (Perennial Bachelor's Button/Cornflower).

Page 3:

1) Gaillardia (Blanket Flower).
