Andrea, I'm so sorry to hear about Damascena's problems.  As I just said to 
Zem, it is
truly heartbreaking to lose one of our dear canine or feline friends.  They 
are just as much
members of the family as the humans, and sometimes give us far more happiness.
My sympathy and prayers will be with you in this difficult time.
