And Jesse...you know I'm a psych. nurse so I could come and help Pam
bounce out people who cause trouble. In fact, I absolutely excel at
crisis management with out of control people...and there's not a
derogatory statement, word, phrase, etc. out there that I haven't
already been de-sensitized to being called so I don't get all flustered
when someone starts in on me and I never, EVER, take it personally...
