Since you and Chris have found them on daylilies, I checked mine. None on
any of my hems, though I did find 2 other hoppers of some sort, that don't
appear to be doing any damage.
Kill him now or his buddies will move in. He is a sucker.
Marge doesn't seem to think he's very dangerous, though.
My 'black rain' from my clump birch has returned this year, though so far
doesn't seem as bad.
