Donna,
Daylilies are so tough you can move them pretty much anytime.  I and 2 other
MGs were told to move  a good 200 + daylilies in July several years ago.  I
kept shaking my head insisting 'wrong time', but for some reason it had to
be done then.  Today they are the most glorious plants and they never got
any special care, not even watering.
