I think I'd read just the first part before, "As long as one has a garden
one has a future". I hate it when the balance of a quote is dropped.
Thanks for completing it for me.
Along those same lines, but not at as lofty - I hate it when people say
"Watch it! Curiosity killed the cat!!!" Many are not even aware that the
rest of the thought is that "Satisfaction brought him back!"
