Kitty, we had this in the greenhouse this year.  I found out from Garden Gate 
corporate gardener that she has had this as a test plant for a couple of yrs. 
 It has never bloomed and  travels as does many other campanulas.  With the 
bright yellow color, she said it does make a nice gd cover if that is wanted.
