H Pam,

My neighbors are somewhat like yours, a bunch of air thieves.  So-oo I can't
get too concerned about their feelings when the dance mood strikes.  By the
way, it worked again, nightly showers without a light show the pas three
evenings, with a 2 and a quarter inch total so far.  Seems as though every
drop soaked in.  Great!!!

Scare the neighbors?  I'd scare myself.  No wonder my feeble attempts
at it have not been very fruitful.  Makes me want to talk to Rich's
