Re: Hot afternoon
Hi Tricia,
Greg has been looking at at the Angell/poncha Pass Ranch just south of
Salida, CO for about 3 years. It is 480 acres of sagebrush, meadows, and
wildflowers. It sits at the top of the grand San Luis Valley with views of
the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the East, and Mt Blanca and the Great Sand
Dunes to the South. Wide open spaces. I do not know if he has the resources
to pull the deal on this one, but he is pretty excited about the prospects.
As for me, I'm a little less excited because it is a major change...but oh
the views.
