Great article on purselane, Jim. I have a distant memory of hearing the
term "regelah" at the Jewish day care center and kindergarten where my girls
attended when they were little as they prepared for one of the Jewish
festivals. I'll bet my girls would be shocked to learn they had already
tasted purselane! LOL!!!! Now, how do I entice the grandboy (very finicky
eater) to try some? Hmmmm. I'll have to read the article again for more
ideas.
