The plant's pretty juicy, so when you rub leaves and stem on the itch,
you actually apply juice/sap.
Another thing that people sometimes do with jewelweed is to freeze the juice
in ice cube trays. When you need it, just pop out an ice cube and rub it on
the spot.

I might be able to procure some seed from a local stand if anyone's
interested. Just toss them in your garden and they'll come up next year.
