RE: weather

Hi Theresa,  In this case it is an "S", which stands for the Danish version
of Santa Claus, of course it's spelled differently, but still starts with S.
They were traditionally served to all just before Christmas.  It is a dough
tube about 18" long shaped like an S filled with an almond/sugar paste (this
is greatly simplified, but that's how it tasted) and was really good.  I'd
guess that your local Danish bakery could fix you up with a bunch.  Try it,
you'll like it!  Rich in Z-5 where it's supposed to rain tonight and
tomorrow morning.  We'll see.
