A few.
Some conscientious recycler might not have wanted to see them end up in the landfill and took them to Sears for recycling for you.
Some kids might have taken them cuz they know how much fun they are to break.

Had three fluorescent tubes go tapiola. Tomorrow's trash/garbage day so I put them out at the curb a few minutes ago. Now, before I've finished listening to Dinah Washington sing "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes," some person has taken them. Any idea why?
