OT - potpourri

Hi folks, does anyone have a "recipe" for making potpourri out of rose petals and other ingredients? Am sure I can find lots on the web, but thought some of you might have a personal recommendation or comments. I started some once years ago in the closet of my college dorm room, and the project did not survive the end of the school year -- --Barb Tandy, Grass Valley CA
