No idea what your spider might be. We have one (not the same) who built a web on my Amorphophallus konjac. It caught a june bug type beetle bigger than it was, but successfully subdued it! Will probably be able to eat off that one for the rest of the summer!

Speaking of spiders,
I saw this little guy on my car, the 2 pics are not good because the little bugger just would not stay still, but you shouldbe able to make him out. Has anyone seen this one before? He's actually quite pretty. Very small.
