Me- and no- they are still here. I trimmed the pyracantha this weekend and hopefully threw about 8 zillion into the yard waste bin. It was just lovely trying to avoid thorns at the same time I was shaking random spiders off of me. Not fun!

Wow. Spiders are pretty neat, unless of course you have way too many as - who was it had so many recently? Have you reduced the population yet?Kitty neIN, Zone 5----- Original Message ----- From: "Cathy Carpenter" <cathy.c@insightbb.com>To: <gardenchat@hort.net> Sent: Sunday, July 15, 2007 8:19 PM Subject: Re: [CHAT] spiderNo idea what your spider might be. We have one (not the same) who built a web on my Amorphophallus konjac. It caught a june bug type beetle bigger than it was, but successfully subdued it! Will probably be able to eat off that one for the rest of the summer! Cathy, west central IL, z5b On Jul 15, 2007, at 7:56 PM, Zemuly Sanders wrote:He's a cute one, all right. Has anyone seen this one before? He's actually quite pretty.
