Re: Grrr, peppers

Just got "Mucho Nacho" seeds from them--only to learn they're just down the road in Ft Myers. If you want, I'll drive down and slap them for you.

I definitely do not have ancho peppers growing. I pulled one off last
night. They look like they might be pimento peppers, maybe, based on the
pictures I'm looking at on Tomato Grower's Supply Co website (which is
where I ordered from this year). There's no heat to them at all and they
are maybe ping-pong ball size, I don't think they'll get much bigger
than that. This is so annoying. Now I have to search through my stuff to
see if I still have the receipts and seed packet for what I actually
bought and then go gripe to the company. I did not buy pimento peppers,
I don't want pimento peppers, and not only have I wasted time and water
on something I don't want, I don't have the chiles I was counting on to
preserve for this winter. It's not like I can't just go to the grocery
store, but still! The value of what I've wasted is far more than the
value of the seed packet, but I bet I'm not going to get compensated for
that. Arrrgh.
