Just my first try to see what I could get. I think with some time and thought to composition I could really make some pretty pics. I think those who had trouble opeining the file should be able to get it if they try again. And, now that I finally have a new scanner, sure, I could make copies of the article to send if anyone is interested in this woman's work and the background on the method, etc. The how to though, is straightforward.

The examples in the mag were beautiful, so I tried it with my new scanner - saved $50 getting it on eBay! The results are really nice. I think it would be a good way to chronicle what blooms each month. You could even make a calendar from it.Here's my first attempt: http://tinyurl.com/2584wj Kitty neIN, Zone 5 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHATIsland Jim Southwest Florida 27.1 N, 82.4 W Hardiness Zone 10 Heat Zone 10 Sunset Zone 25 Minimum 30 F [-1 C] Maximum 100 F [38 C] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT
