Our HD has a product made with oil of pepperment, rosemary, clove and some other natural stuff. It not only smells great, but it has also killed all the red spider mites on my tomatoes with one application. I'll have to look more closely to see if there is neem oil on the shelf.

I went to both Home Depot and Lowe's last night in a fruitless search
for Neem spray. Nothing. They didn't even have insecticidal soap. All I
could find was Sevin and a couple other -cides I am not familiar with.
The Sevin came in ready-to-use quart bottles, I would have needed about
15 of them so I didn't even read the label. The one that did come in a
concentrate had a seven-day wait before harvesting anything, and the
other product was a systemic you poured on the soil. For vegetables? I
am not an organic purist, but that made me uncomfortable.
There wasn't even a space on the shelves for anything else, I am
wondering if California's regulations changed enough that there are
things we can't get anymore. I know I have bought everything I was
looking for at Home Depot before.
I did unearth a bottle of Neem out of my garage cupboard, it's at least
a year old but I mixed up what was there. Guess I will try a real
nursery later.
