My Bronze Fennel did not come back either.  Strange goings on this year
everywhere, I guess.

I don't doubt that your Ladys Mantle reseeds, but she was referring to
an annual Lady's Mantle and I'm hoping to find out what this plant is.

Our Herb MGs said they always counted on their Bronze Fennel reseeding -
that's why they were so surprised that it didn't this year.
