I treated two of the Hong Kong orchid tree seedlings with Maxicrop. I have six seedlings. The two treated ones are very nice but so are two of the untreated ones. And a third one--that had not germinated when I treated the other two, is really the star of the show. All of these have secondary leaves, and in less than 2 weeks.
Next weekend I'll jump those five seedlings to gallon pots and treat the ones I treated before with Maxicrop again.

Pam, have you ever applied Maxicrop powder directly to seedlings? Undiluted at soil level, not liquid on leaves. Analysis seems low enough to suggest it will bear no harm. At the same time, I don't want to snuff my Hong Kong babies--just heat up their behinds a little.
