RE: Re: STORMS!

Yep, since my husband can't go to work, he's out there with a chain saw
cutting up the trees that fell. It's a mess. But thank the Goddess
nobody was hurt. No deaths in this area. That is a blessing.

Jesse, I sympathize. We had straight line winds last summer here that
really tore up the area. Easily as much damage as if from a tornado but
much more wide spread. Hang in there, it will take some time to clean
up all that damage.

Well, what a revolting day this has been. My husband's building was torn
up by 100 mph winds. Over 1,000 trees in the Tulsa area were snapped in
half or uprooted. We lost two trees at our place (the electricity just
came back on...it's been off since 3:00 today). Fires were started
because of downed electricity poles.....the Tulsa area is a MESS I tell
ya. No twirlies, just incredible winds. This is just getting out of hand
now....

Good grief woman! Robert's had way too many close calls. Will say an
extra prayer of thanks he is OK tonight. That man has more lives than
ten cats w/ his blowing up the furnace and falling off the barn roof
self!! Yikes-a-rama. Mmm mmm mmm. Give him an extra hug from me.
