We have a Jamaican cherry [Muntingia calabura] that is now fruiting heavily. Here's a site about it:

The fruits, which Ms. Mockingbird likes as much as I do, taste like a cross between cherry and strawberry. They are very small--1/2 inch in diameter. So you need a whole bunch for a feast. But they are quite tasty.
