Eva - I brew tea in an old enamel percolator, sans the inner handware.
Just drop a family size tea bag in there (I use decaf) and strip the
leaves off the stems and throw 3 or 4 handfuls in the pot. I let it
simmer for a good 20 minutes or so. Usually longer since I go out in the
yerd and get distracted. Then strain and serve - over ice this time of
year.
