Yep...the squeaky wheel thing. And "one voice" can make a big
difference. It leads to "one more voice" and so on and so on. I went to
the school board last year to voice my complaints...and at the time it
seemed to do NOTHING and I was discouraged. Now, they have a lawsuit
against them for the very things I addressed and the attorney contacted
me for a statement and wanted to know if I would testify. You betcha.
