Re: Buddleia ( was Russian sage - invasive?)


This is a very peculiar plant. After all our discussion, I can only conclude that it grows in alkaline soil, acid soil, sun, shade, dry, damp, clay, sand--or in none of these conditions.

I have alkaline soil too, but my buddleias are just kinda there, not dying
but not really thriving.

Ours is quite alkaline... so nope... still no rhyme or reason.
