What water did you use? If you used my tap water, its pH of 9 or 10 could
skew the results. My meter manual suggests rainwater.

Hey Jim

I just got a test kit from my local ag chemical company.  Much cheaper
than
a meter. You add soil and water shake a little and it gives you a ph
reading. I think it was about five bucks. Probably not as accurate as a
meter but how accurate do you need it to be?
