RE: rain dance is working TOO well.


Hi Pam,

Seems as though the rain dance got stuck somewhere in Ks and NE.  We've been
having just wonderful little half and one inch rains every other day, but
upstream on the Elkhorn, they've received 4-5 inch rains just as often;
looks like sandbag time might be just around the corner.  Am not looking
forward to that.  I'm gonna try to move this stuff down toward you, believe
me, it'd be better for all of us if you don't see the dance.
