A decade or two ago someone came up with that nifty contrasting threesome
that has gotton quite boresome:
Golden Privet, Crimson Barberry, and (I think) Boxwood. The darned things
are always hacked into meetballs and when you see them throughout a
subdivision, you wonder why someone couldn't have put forth an original
idea.
