Ceres: Yes...that is my husband's cousin (one of many!) Personally, most
of the folks in town aren't buying the fireworks story from the
EPA...but it makes a convenient excuse for the EPA to not have to look
any further and for the government to recuse itself from any further
responsibility, financial or otherwise. But whatever...we're a town who
has pretty much always looked out for ourselves, like most small towns
do. I'll have to see if I can find the story to see exactly what it
says. Thanks for asking.
