I worry because the last kitty that tried to adopt us turned out to have pneumonia. He'd been thrown out of a car, and when we took him to the vet because his leg was broken, he died on the operating table. :-( It was 30 years ago and I still feel bad about it.

The last kitten we got had matter in one eye and working on it in the other. It was just an eye irritation and we keep drops on hand (it's an ointment really) for the farm animals and we put that in her eye once and it went away. The sneezing...probably just allergies or something that doesn't set well with her nose. I understand your fear and worry about such a small, cute little thing. But cats are very smart..AND HAVE 9 LIVES!! lol. Seriously though...it looks like it won't be much longer before you can catch her. Say those prayers for protection for her until then. They WORK.
