Not yet.  Lake is down but not critical yet.  Some in the area are.
Kaufman, Plano and other towns that get their water from Lake Lavon are on
Stage 3 water restrictions.  They say water usage is up 30% this year.  Well
after 16 months of drought, there's a big duh people.  And I see the East
Coast is getting flooded now.  That makes me crazy.  Houston got more rain
in the last week than we got all last year.  It's just so tiresome.
