Jesse: I'm still here...never found time to get to hort.net and get
unsubscribed. Not too overwhelmed with messages...trying to use some
time this morning before I run over to church to get a bit caught up.
Have to meet a mother of the bride and the bride before her wedding
tomorrow so they can be let into the building to do some last minute
decorating. Anyway, vacation was fantastic (the Ozarks are beautiful and
we can't wait to go back!) and I'm getting caught up on the last of the
papers I have to write so I can graduate (my punishment for
procrastinating!) Also want to find time to get into my garden before
the holiday as I have to work it this year and won't have time then.
Need to at least get the lawn mowed. And have to get the second crop of
cherries picked, pitted, and canned. Made 32 jars of cherry jam the day
before I left on vacation. I think I'll just hot pack the rest in syrup
and call it a day!
