Jesse, most libraries around here have annual book sales which are donated 
books.   The funds are used for addtl library matl.   Also, Planned Parenthood 
has a very big annual booksale.   I am sure there are agencies in your area 
that do the same.   My husband is a Lion member and they organize the sale for 
our city library.   They do very well.
