Yes indeed! that is 7feet by 64 feet, 450 additional square feet I intend to utilize. It is all shade, but I can work with that. I'll have to remove ivy, wintercreeper, periwinkle as well as deadly nightshade, possibly a bit of poison ivy too. Then I plan to add lots of leaf mold which I'll collect this fall when the neighbors bring their leaves to the curbs for collection.
