Most likely the lowest price they can finagle. Not from any one brand supplier.

I just bought some in OKC for 3.68.  At a 7-11.  I always wonder where they
get their gas.  Does anyone know?

In ETN, it has been around 3.88 or 3.89.  There are a couple of places
where you can get gas a couple of pennies lower with a membership card.
